In today's complex, data-driven world, professionals face many "gray" areas in which they need to think critically and exercise personal judgment. This one-day class offers tools and techniques for sharpening the "gray cells" of the brain for clearer thinking and more effective decision-making. Participants will learn how to manage cognitive biases that interfere with reasoning and decision making, identify and avoid poor reasoning and persuasion techniques, and make decisions avoiding group think and reducing conflict.
