Work/life balance is important to our employees and the NIH. In addition to the Federal benefits and salaries, NIH employees enjoy benefits such as on-site child care, telework, and transportation subsidies.
Our Work/Life Center offers employees resources on career, child and elder care, and work/life balance. The Lactation Program offers education and support for new moms returning to work.
